Sun Huiyi has been interested in the study of isotope geochronology about 10 years, and has focused on the Precambrian stratigraphy, Mesozoic granite and Archean gneisses in several regions including of eastern Hebei, Beijing and Inner Mongolia. She is well experienced in SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating and oxygen isotope technique. She takes part in shrimp remote work as an assister to help visitors. In the recent years she published four papers in chinese, and she is now leading a project titled” SHRIMP in-situ oxygen isotope analytic technique on Ostracoda” founded by Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences.
