Main research fields: The main research areas are tectonic geology, magmatic activity and mineralization. Research directions: tectonic deformation and formation, evolution and mineralization of orogenic belts, magmatism and plate merging. Research areas: Qinghai Tibet Plateau - high Himalaya, Tethys, Himalaya, West Kunlun, Qilian Mountains, northern Qaidam Basin, Arkin, Hoh Xil and southwest Sanjiang and other tectonic belts. At present, he focuses on the tectonic deformation, magmatic evolution and metallogenic background of the Sanjiang tectonic belt on the southeast margin of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. He has won 2 first class and 1 second class of science and technology prize of the Ministry of Land and Resources and 1 second class of science and technology progress prize of the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, and in 2015 was awarded the title of Advanced Individual of Qinghai Tibet Plateau Geological Theory of Innovation and Breakthrough in Prospecting Breakthrough by the Ministry of Land and Resources.
